As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trustpilot, you will collaborate with stakeholders to direct our recruitment efforts as we continue on our journey to become the universal symbol of trust. We believe that hiring the best talent is the core to what we would like to accomplish.

We need a TA Specialist to empower us in meeting our goals! This position is all about recruiting into our Commercial function. Innovation, thoroughness, and building relationships are key in this environment, and you will need to bring that into your daily work.

About the role:

In this position, you will team up with our current Commercial TA team to assist the full recruitment cycle for our open roles, from identifying, recruiting and hiring a broad range of professionals with diverse backgrounds, from graduates to director level.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of roles as our Commercial function department consists of Account Development Representatives, Business Development Managers, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and more.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates
  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously end to end, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing of candidates.
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to find skilled candidates
  • Develop and implement new recruitment processes/projects
  • Maintaining professional and courteous communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and develop long-term relationships with stakeholders

We are looking for people with:

  • Background experience in the role of TA Specialist in-house or RPO specific to Commercial
  • Experience sourcing and hiring a diverse selection of talent
  • Able to work with limited supervision and can adjust to new ways of working
  • Good networking and sourcing skills; utilizing both established and innovative recruitment methods
  • Good communication with a positive and collaborative mindset
  • Well-developed interview and assessment skills and established interpersonal and relationship building skills
