As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

We are looking for a Finance Operations Officer who will manage the financial, legal, and administrative topics of our subsidiaries abroad and play a key role in transforming the Finance function in a context of implementation of a unified Consolidation/Reporting EPM tool. You will be joining two team members, under the supervision of a Manager.

Role

  • Supervision and management of accounting, tax and cash topics for the international subsidiaries
  • Coordination of local consultants to ensure smooth communication and information sharing in order to produce monthly reporting, annual accounts and tax declarations
  • Review of monthly reports
  • Preparation of annual budgets
  • Management of the auditors' relationship with foreign subsidiaries
  • Supervision of local consultants during the implementation of our new EPM, including their training on key processes and monitoring the quality of data entries
  • Production and review of the Group's consolidated financial statements (IFRS) that will be internalized following the implementation of the EPM
  • Participation in ad hoc Finance projects (such as M&A processes, implementation of new subsidiaries/activities,...)
  • Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance/Audit
  • You speak and write French and English fluently
  • Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable
  • Rigorous, accurate, high level of attention to detail
  • Flexible, creative, responsive, able to take initiative, open to learning and capable of constant self-reassessment
  • Able to work within systems and procedures, work effectively in a small team environment involving the sharing of information and at times sharing workloads
  • Great analytical skills
