Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. Our Growth team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Reporting to the Influencer Content Manager, this position requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.
Role
Voodoo is producing thousands of video ads every year to support the scale of our social and gaming apps. Part of these videos are from actors, creators and influencers.
As an Influencer Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Voodoo's ‘in real life’ content production to drive the success of our apps. You will lead the development and management of a diverse portfolio of influencers, creators, and actors. Your responsibilities notably include:
Execute and refine the strategy to build and expand a robust portfolio of influencers, creators, and actors who can produce top-tier content;Design, implement, and continuously enhance processes to ensure operational excellence across all stages of the project, from contractual agreements to creator payments;Build the CRM database of our creators;Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of two Influencer Content Associates. Assist them in the sourcing, contractualization and briefing of creators;Ensure the quality of our pool of creators and their production;Monitor the performance metrics related to the project;Report the performance to top management and other stakeholders in the company (product, user acquisition, creative teams)
Note: The focus of your efforts will be on social apps like BeReal or Wizz.
Profile
4-6 years of experience working with influencers or creators, with a strong understanding of the industry;Experience in management (at least 2 people), and not afraid to get your hands dirty;Demonstrated ability to turn a venture project from concept to execution;Data-driven and possess a structured, analytical mindset;Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to fast-paced environments with a proactive approach to problem-solving;Proven ability to work effectively in teams, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills;Fluency in English is required (fluency in French is a plus);Experience in the mobile apps industry is preferred;Benefits
