Our Legal teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Legal teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Role 

As Legal Counsel in the Commercial team, your role entails acting as a business partner with/for the operation teams to fulfill their business and legal needs by handling contractual matters, and to bolster the company’s asset-protection strategy. Various subjects will be handled such as drafting, negotiating and/or reviewing a variety of commercial agreements for the publishing, marketing, and gaming teams, including publishing agreements, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service agreements, and partnership deals.

You will be a key member of the legal team working hand in hand with the operational teams in a very integrated manner. You will be the privileged point of contact for any commercial need.
