Our iOS App has reached 1M+ downloads (you can download it here) and we’re accelerating.

We are seeking a motivated Operations Intern to join our team in Paris. This role will focus on sourcing, negotiating, and moving forward with inventory opportunities, ranging from brand overstocks, wholesale suppliers, and unique inventory sources. You will work closely with our team to help us expand our inventory, ensuring a high standard of quality and an exciting product offering.

Role

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential inventory sources, including brand overstocks, wholesalers, and other suppliers.
  • Participate in negotiations to secure favorable terms for inventory purchases.
  • Help in organizing and cataloging potential inventory opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to evaluate and prioritize potential inventory deals based on product quality, pricing, and alignment with Jamble's brand.
  • Work alongside the buying team to manage relationships with suppliers and follow up.
  • Support the team in analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to keep our inventory competitive and desirable.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including contract handling, purchase orders.
  • Profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Management. 
  • Strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
