  • Role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance
  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our gaming portfolio, aligning with company goals and player needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game design, development, marketing, and analytics, to deliver innovative and engaging gaming experiences
  • Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Monitor product performance through key metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize game features and mechanics
  • Conceptualize, design, and prioritize game features that align with the game’s vision and business objectives
  • Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Profile

  • 4+ years proven experience in product management in the gaming or interactive entertainment industry
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of product managers.
  • Strong understanding of game development processes, models, and live operations (LiveOps)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors
  • Familiarity with live ops, monetization strategies, and free-to-play game mechanics is a plus
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar project management software
  • Experience working on mobile or free-to-play games
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills; able to explain the “why” to align the team with the product vision
  • Problem solver and a creative thinker who can provide insightful and innovative solutions to any problem
