Role
Leading the company’s Corporate/M&A Legal team, requiring strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-changing international environment.Structuring and overseeing complex and cross-border M&A dealsSpearheading special corporate and venture projects, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.Designing and implementing employee incentive mechanisms, including for foreign beneficiaries.Providing guidance on Corporate Governance issues, ensuring compliance and best practices.Managing complex corporate law issues across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.Overseeing the establishment and support of gaming studios, including day-to-day business operations and legal needs.Building and managing strong relationships with external counsels and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.Actively contributing to the growth strategy of group companies while ensuring the reliability and compliance of daily corporate operations.Playing a pivotal role in the company’s strategic decision-making by interacting regularly with senior management.Ensuring clear, efficient, and timely communication to align legal strategy with business goals.Acting as a key member of a dynamic legal team, driving impactful and strategic projects across the organization.Profile
6 to 8 years of professional experience in Corporate/M&A within a law firm and ideally also a first in-house experience, with a proven track record in complex transactions and strategic projects.Strong sense of teamwork.Sharp decision-making skills, capable of balancing legal and business considerations in high-stakes situations.Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver efficient legal solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with senior management, providing clear and commercially oriented legal advice.Deep knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and transactional practices in international contexts.Fluent in both English and French (oral and written communication and legal drafting).Personality is key: A positive attitude, high energy, team spirit, and a constant drive for excellence.Benefits
