Team

Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product (games, apps) within the ecosystem. The team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.

Role

  • Manage ad monetization strategy for different genres of apps (dating, social, shopping, etc)
  • Design and operate AdOps via major ad mediation platforms
  • Deeply analyze monetization performance and its impact on product performance to identify areas for improvement, including ad moderation
  • Run A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts: test from A to Z, analyze results, and leverage them
  • Setup and manage programmatic deals 
  • Make recommendations to influence the product, create new ad placements, and optimize ad integrations to impact the LTV of users
  • Work hand-in-hand with the product team on managing ads and iAP/subscription revenue 
  • Communicate with strategic partners & ad tech company contacts to build/maintain strong relationships
  • Liaise with our internal teams for tech-related topics: SDK integrations, data and dashboarding, automation needs
  • Profile

  • Experience in the ad monetization ecosystem, for a product non-related to a gaming app (news, dating, social, etc)
  • A solid understanding of the ad tech ecosystem: SSP, DSP, or Ad Exchange should sound familiar
  • Experience working on tools such as Google Ad Manager or Amazon Transparent Ad Marketplace
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organization skills
  • Develop proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues and challenges
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in statistical analysis tools is an advantage
  • A hacker and creative mindset
