Team

Our Core Games team is made up of top-performing experts in hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core game development. We support both internal and external studios in building, scaling, and launching chart-topping games. With our portfolio of hybrid games each aiming for $100m+ per year, we are the largest and most successful hybrid publisher in the world.

We are now looking for a Studio Director to build and lead a lean, high-performing team dedicated to creating new mobile games from scratch. As a Studio Director, you will own the entire game development lifecycle—from ideation and fast prototyping to launch and scale—while working closely with publishing, data, and user acquisition teams.

Role

  • Build and lead a top-tier game studio of 4–6 developers, artists, and designers
  • Own the full game creation process, from idea to full launch
  • Define your studio’s roadmap and strategy in collaboration with a dedicated publishing manager
  • Create original, high-potential gameplay concepts using data-driven ideation
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate to validate game ideas and optimize performance
  • Partner with Voodoo’s publishing team to test, refine, and scale the most promising games
  • Monitor game KPIs, analyze performance, and implement data-informed improvements
  • Manage your studio's resources and budget with efficiency and autonomy
