The Creative Studio Manager drives operational excellence and workflow optimization for WalkMe's Brand Design function. In this role, you'll coordinate team resources, maintain production quality, and ensure efficient project delivery. We're seeking someone who combines strong operational skills with design understanding to support our creative team's success.*Full-time, temporary role starting in January for 8 months, with an option to extend.

What You’ll Own
Operational ExcellenceManage day-to-day studio operations, workflows, and resource allocationOversee project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of design assetsImplement and maintain quality control processesTrack and report on team productivity and project statusTeam CoordinationCoordinate designer workloads and project assignmentsFacilitate communication between creative team and stakeholdersSupport team efficiency through process optimizationEnsure smooth handoffs and clear project documentationResource ManagementManage project scheduling and resource planningCoordinate with vendors and external partnersMonitor resource utilization and identify optimization opportunitiesMaintain project management tools and systemsQuality ControlEnsure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standardsMaintain asset management and file organizationSupport quality review processesHelp implement workflow improvements and best practicesCreative ContributionsContribute hands-on to creative tasks as needed, such as designing slides, marketing assets, or other visual materials to support team goals.Serve as a creative quality checkpoint, ensuring assets align with brand guidelines and visual standards.Support designers by offering feedback, troubleshooting design challenges, or stepping in to meet tight deadlines.Stay current on design trends and tools to provide actionable insights and innovations to the team.What You’ll Need to Succeed
