We are hiring a temporary Marketing Operations Manager as maternity leave coverage. In this pivotal role, you will optimize marketing campaigns and ensure seamless coordination across various marketing systems while conducting essential data validation.
This individual will be responsible for enabling the seamless execution of impactful marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels. This includes supporting our webinars, physical events, and optimizing our lead journey, to ensure a great customer experience and positive return from our Marketing efforts.
You are someone with a strong background in campaign execution and the operational component of marketing events. A highly collaborative and disciplined person, you will have significant experience in Salesforce, lead management, data analysis and hygiene. Using these insights, you will partner with other Marketing teams to improve our marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
What You’ll Own:
Campaign Execution Support: Support campaign execution, including campaign planning process, campaign setup, segmentation, lead acquisition, and lead nurturing.Help to define and support customer journey and journey optimization Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.Oversee asset tracking for all traffic sources, attributing sales accurately to respective campaigns.
Field Events Support and Lead Management: Provide support with events management platforms, manage event operations and logistics, and provide ongoing support. Support the lead management process, create and manage automated workflows, campaigns, and nurturing programs to streamline lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing teams, specifically Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing and Programs team to support execution of integrated Marketing PlanCollaborate with our Information System team (IS) on data integration and enrichment.
Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to drive business decisions. Track performance of Marketing campaigns and channels. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving marketing programs.
Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.Performance reporting of Marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
5+ years of hands-on experience in campaign managementExperience with Salesforce, and Marketing automation platform (Pardot/Marketo)Experience with a major events platform (i.e. Bizzabo, Cvent, On24)Familiarity with agile methodologies (i.e. sprints, Scrum)Strong project management and organizational skillsAbility to build relationships that enable cross-collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailHands-on, creative, analytical thinker, confident, and self-starter.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English
