The Revenue Enablement Manager for the Americas (AMER) is a crucial position responsible for driving the success of the Sales Organization. You will collaborate with the Revenue Enablement Team to localize learnings for the AMER region, develop tools and resources to maximize sales team performance, and work closely with the entire AMER sales organization to ensure Sales Leadership receives the necessary support.

Revenue Growth and Process ImprovementImprove revenue attainment in AMER by enhancing processes and programs that accelerate and grow salesEvaluate the effectiveness of programs by identifying and tracking metrics that improve seller productivityTranslate WalkMe product capabilities into compelling customer value propositionsLeadership and CollaborationLead the relationship with the SVP for AMER and territory leaders, delivering insights on program needs and improvementsWork with cross-functional teams to agree on learning plans, product updates, and other prioritiesEngage subject matter experts from product development and marketing in the design and execution of sales enablement programs. Training and DevelopmentProvide 1-1 coaching sessions to revenue team members to improve their selling motionsDesign and develop WalkMe GTM learning paths and certifications for consistent and repeatable learningDesign and deliver training at all AMER QBRsDevelop course curriculums that scale to learners' requirements via Mindtickle, Confluence, and WalkMe in-app guidanceProgram ManagementWork with the Head of Revenue Enablement to manage multiple projects and coordinate activities that promote productivity and bookingsSupport product launches and upgrades by preparing and enabling the sales forceManage the use of relevant learning and development tools and softwareWhat You'll Need to Succeed
Proven work experience in digital adoption, sales/sales engineering, instructional design, or sales trainingExperience working in a software sales organizationUnderstanding of the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) marketplaceExperience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programsProficiency in computer software applications such as Google Suite, Mindtickle, Synthesia, Confluence, and CaptivateStrong leadership skills to contribute to and lead small work groups, process teams, and focus groupsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset for developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals and process improvement projects
Preferred Qualifications

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $135,000 and $170,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
