The Revenue Enablement Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is a crucial position responsible for driving the success of the Sales Organisation. You will collaborate with the Revenue Enablement Team to localise learnings for the EMEA region, develop tools and resources to maximize sales team performance, and work closely with the entire EMEA sales organisation to ensure Sales Leadership receives the necessary support.

Revenue Growth and Process Improvement
Improve revenue attainment in EMEA by enhancing processes and programs that accelerate and grow salesEvaluate the effectiveness of programs by identifying and tracking metrics that improve seller productivityTranslate WalkMe product capabilities into compelling customer value propositionsLeadership and Collaboration
Lead the relationship with the SVP for EMEA and territory leaders, delivering insights on program needs and improvementsWork with cross-functional teams to agree on learning plans, product updates, and other prioritiesEngage subject matter experts from product development and marketing in the design and execution of sales enablement programs. Training and Development
Provide 1-1 coaching sessions to revenue team members to improve their selling motionsDesign and develop WalkMe GTM learning paths and certifications for consistent and repeatable learningDesign and deliver training at all EMEA QBRsDevelop course curriculums that scale to learners' requirements via Mindtickle, Confluence, and WalkMe in-app guidanceProgram Management
Work with the Global Head of Revenue Enablement to manage multiple projects and coordinate activities that promote productivity and bookingsSupport product launches and upgrades by preparing and enabling the sales forceManage the use of relevant learning and development tools and software
Skills & Experience
Proven work experience in digital adoption, sales/sales engineering, instructional design, or sales trainingExperience working in a software sales organisationUnderstanding of the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) marketplaceExperience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programsSkills and Abilities
Proficiency in computer software applications such as Google Suite, Mindtickle, Synthesia, Confluence, and CaptivateExperience in using AI in the flow of enablement workStrong leadership skills to contribute to and lead small work groups, process teams, and focus groupsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset for developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals and process improvement projectsPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or similar rolesCertification in sales methodologies or instructional design
