Working Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Wayfair is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate, Curated Merchandising to join its UK team. This role focuses on selecting and presenting products that align with market trends, customer preferences, and business goals across various channels, including TV, onsite, social media, email, and OOH marketing. You will support assortment and merchandising strategies for key promotions and brand campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution. Using data insights, you’ll curate high-impact product selections to enhance customer engagement and drive business performance. Success in this role requires creativity, analytical skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Assortment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute product assortments for key promotional and brand campaigns.
  • Align merchandising with business goals, customer preferences, and seasonal trends.
  • Optimize product selections by integrating sales insights and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless execution and impact.

Process Improvement & Performance Optimization

  • Streamline merchandising workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement best practices to improve the speed and effectiveness of curated merchandising.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Analyze campaign and product performance to refine strategies and optimize future assortments.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.

Market Research & Trend Forecasting

  • Track consumer trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to refine merchandising strategy.
  • Leverage data insights to enhance curation tactics and optimize category performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Merchandising Initiatives

  • Drive curated events and cross-functional initiatives, managing tracking, content, and the “New In” strategy.
  • Partner with key teams to refine merchandising strategies in line with business goals and market trends.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or retail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize product assortments.
  • Keen aesthetic sense and trend awareness to drive high-quality curation and execution.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Looker, Google BigQuery (GBQ), or similar analytics tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English
