Wayfair is seeking a results-driven and innovative Senior Manager to lead and execute customer acquisition strategies for our Wayfair Rewards Loyalty Program. This role will play a key part in expanding the membership base, scaling member engagement, and driving incremental revenue through effective marketing campaigns and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer acquisition and data-driven marketing strategies.
What you’ll do
- Design and execute the member growth strategy, pioneering efficient, multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote program awareness and adoption.
- Drive a rigorous test-and-learn agenda to maximize customer response via targeting, creative / messaging, and promotional offers.
- Own dedicated program advertising spend, defining and managing budgeting / forecasting, media strategy, implementation, and performance evaluation, partnering across internal teams and third-party vendors to execute.
- Integrate loyalty messaging into our owned media and communications channels (email, push, SMS, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall channel and brand goals and relevant customer journeys.
- Analyze and tightly manage marketing performance & ROI - instrumenting tracking and measurement frameworks, identifying meaningful trends, and reacting quickly to deviations from plan.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product / Engineering, Sales, Promotions, Physical Retail, Analytics, and Legal to drive innovation and growth.
- Enact continuous process improvement and automation in order to improve operational efficiency, campaign stability, and channel health.
- Socialize learnings with Wayfair senior leadership via concise, answer-first communications.
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in a heavily quantitative and analytical role (ideally in marketing, business strategy/operations, startup/tech and/or finance)
- Dynamic self-starter with high operational acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to effectively plan and execute across stakeholders to drive results
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills - comfortable getting deep into the data and building a strategy based on data-driven insights
- Ability to independently own and execute solutions to complex problems
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, learn quickly, thrive, and have fun in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - ability to leverage data from a multitude of sources to tell a persuasive story, tailor communication style based on the audience, and influence others
- Collaborative team player who wants to see themselves and others thrive
- Bachelors Degree with strong academic record (strong preference for quantitative backgrounds) preferred
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and Test and Learn practices
