Wayfair is looking for a talented Merchandising Associate for our Catalog Merchandising team to help in our mission to become the best online place to shop for the home.

This is a great opportunity to directly impact the development of our global business and to make sure that our customers have the best shopping experience and our suppliers have the best possible interactions with Wayfair.

 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate high priority projects with various internal tools
  • Contribute to the development of tools and processes to make our team more efficient and effective
  • Execute on data-driven projects to improve product data quality, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. Product, Marketing)
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow through
  • Drive impactful results on key projects

 

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, online, or quantitative fields
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbally in English and French
  • Team-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset
  • A keen eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
