Wayfair Canada (WFCA) is seeking an experienced marketer to lead our Influencer and Affiliate marketing. The Influencer and Affiliates associate will play an integral role in establishing WFCA’s strategy for these channels, with the opportunity to expand oversight and ownership as the programs scale. This is an ideal role for candidates who are looking to join a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, driving forward the vision for under-penetrated marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and scale our influencer partnerships like LTK, evaluating where there is opportunity to further invest with top Canadian creators.
- Manage existing affiliate partnerships through our third party vendor, Commission Junction, and evaluate opportunities to add incremental partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish strong relationships with influencers and creators across various platforms.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in the creator space in order to best liaise with creators and advise on creative direction that aligns with our brand vision.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, leveraging data to optimize our strategy.
- Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management both within and outside your immediate line of reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across Wayfair Canada and the Marketing organization.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, business or related fields
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building through social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that lend to professional and concise internal and external communication and partnership
- Collaborative individual that thrives as part of a team
- Data and process-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to learn new tools
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement working through ambiguity in an evolving organization
An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:
All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
