As an Advisor - Wealthsimple Advisor Services, you will be at the forefront of promoting Wealthsimple Advisor Services to potential clients. This role is ideal for one who thrives on setting and achieving ambitious goals. You'll be a trendsetter in the space, constantly innovating your approach to showcase our comprehensive, one-on-one financial planning and advisory experience.

What You'll Do:
✔ Engage clients in meaningful financial conversations. You’ll listen deeply and ask insightful questions to understand the real goals and motivations behind their financial decisions.
✔ Encourage action through strategic financial advice. You’ll ensure clients take meaningful steps toward achieving their financial goals, while helping them see the bigger picture.
✔ Set and surpass your own ambitious targets for Advisor Services acquisitions and referrals, consistently raising the bar for performance.
✔ Innovate new strategies to engage potential clients and effectively communicate the value of Wealthsimple Advisor Services.
✔ Lead by example in client engagement, setting new standards for the Advisor Services experience.
✔ Pioneer new ways to articulate the value proposition of Wealthsimple Advisor Services, setting trends in how premium financial services are experienced.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements based on your market insights.

  • Skills and experience we're looking for

  • 5+ years of outstanding performance in financial services sales, preferably in advisory or wealth management services
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding targets and setting new benchmarks for sales performance
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and the evolving landscape of professional financial advice
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Level 1 or higher (Mandatory)
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) is a strong asset
  • Experience with CRM systems and a track record of leveraging technology to optimize sales processes
  • Comfortable with remote client interactions and adept at building trust in virtual environments
  • Bilingual (French) is a strong asset
