Your role within the team 

Reporting to the Head of DTC, the CDP Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our customer data platform to ensure the seamless integration, activation, and utilization of customer data across all digital channels. This role is critical for driving personalized marketing, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting our data-driven decision-making processes.

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the CDP ensuring seamless integration with other marketing and data systems.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into the CDP, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy to leverage customer data for personalized marketing and improved customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data to drive actionable insights and identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Create and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant data points.
  • Develop personalized marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Paid Media, and Website CRO teams to lead personalization and implementing multiple CDP projects
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies and practices to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company standards. Monitor data quality and address any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer data and campaign performance. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience managing customer data platforms and driving data-driven marketing strategies,
  • Proficiency in CDP tools and technologies,
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI,
  • In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data governance. Familiarity with digital marketing principles and customer lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data warehousing solutions, and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data governance practices.

This position will be hybrid in Orlando, FL or remote with up to 15% travel.
