Your role within the team

We’re seeking a highly creative and experienced Integrated Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and brand growth. The IMC Manager is responsible for coordinating and unifying all marketing communication activities across various channels to ensure a consistent brand message. This role is crucial in aligning traditional and digital marketing efforts, public relations, advertising and sales promotions to create a seamless experience for our consumers.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns and go to market plans across multiple channels; developing a digital content strategy across the funnel; Overseeing the development of high converting Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and asset creation for Pure Players and Retail.com.  You will oversee social media, Influencer Marketing and PR for Solid Gold and Zesty Paws brands, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message that resonates with our target audience.

Duties and responsibilities 

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement consumer-focused marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Lead the creation of integrated marketing plans that encompass digital, social, traditional media, and experiential marketing efforts.
  • Lead the development of Zesty Paws and Solid Gold communication and content strategy and oversee the distribution of content across the funnel in collaboration with stakeholders.

Brand Messaging and Creative Direction:

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, print, social media, performance marketing and omni-digital.
  • Lead the digital content team to develop compelling stories and highly engaging video and digital assets such as A+ pages, API’s, UGC, Ads and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

Brand Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns across various channels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, A/B testing and drive continuous improvement.

Digital, Social Media and Influencer Marketing:

  • Lead social media strategy in collaboration with the agencies and partner with the Omni-Digital team- DTC on the cadence of email marketing campaigns to support community growth.
  • Define and monitor social media metrics and KPI’s and adjust tactics as needed to achieve goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.

Public Relations and Communications:

  • Oversee the development and execution of public relations and brand partnerships strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Manage communications efforts, including press releases, media relations, and crisis management.

Consumer Insights and Market Research:

  • Conduct consumer and shopper market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize consumer insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage key customer segments.

Budget Management:

  • Manage marketing budgets for both brands, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Partner with internal teams, including Brand, product development, sales, content design and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, media outlets, and vendors.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, integrated communications, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail, consumer advocate and storyteller.
  • Experienced in marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms).
  • Deep understanding of the various social media platforms and paid ad channels, with a clear sense of what content works where.
  • Ability to quickly pivot and adapt to new trends, technologies, and platform changes, ensuring content remains cutting-edge.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok’s features, trends, and best practices.

This position will be hybrid in Orlando, FL or remote with up to 15% travel.
