Your role within the team 

Reporting to the Head of DTC, the Retail Media Manager will demonstrate the ability to report and optimize marketing campaigns within Criteo, Citrus, Instacart, Walmart and other retail media networks. You will deliver reporting, insights and projects in a timely manner and within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution.

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Plan and execute retail media search and display campaigns, including account setup, campaign builds, daily optimization, bid strategy development and managed and budget pacing
  • Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including daily management of campaign budgets, bid management, reporting, keyword and targeting strategies, and campaign revisions based on performance history and our goals.
  • Manage agency relationship and ensure flawless execution of agreed upon strategy and goals.
  • Implement comprehensive e-retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Able to articulate data strategy and deliver recommendations regarding unique targeting opportunities
  • Collaborate across our retail teams to solve, improve, build skills and develop thought leadership and best practices
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize online sales and profitability.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve the customer journey and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns and promotions.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in e-retail management or a similar role within the digital commerce industry,
  • SaaS platform (i.e. PacVue, Skai, etc.) and bid management platform experience,
  • Strong excel skills and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis.
  • Well-honed communication skills and working with agility in the rapidly evolving world of Commerce & Retail Media.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools.

This position will be hybrid in Orlando, FL or remote with up to 15% travel.
