What we’re looking for:
The TPM/Delivery Manager (Solutions) will manage the Solution teams to deliver high-quality customizations that meet timelines and go above and beyond customer expectations. Will be responsible for scoping large-scale, complex technology projects related to the development of field service solutions. Partner with our internal teams and key client stakeholders to find creative solutions to tough problems. Challenge and improve standard processes/procedures. Solves hard and challenging problems. Goes deep into customer processes and workflows to solve issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate successful project definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing in leading high-performance project teams.
- Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and ensure any changes are documented and approved through a change control process.
- Manage projects across cross-functional teams, build sustainable processes and coordinate release schedules.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands.
- Form strong project team relationships by leading, coaching, and motivating team members, and identifying and resolving blockers or conflicts.
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to clients, project teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Project Methodology: Building and executing strategic initiatives by delivering comprehensive planning, tracking and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 9+ years experience in software professional services project management
- In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications such as FSA or CRM with recent SaaS experience.
- Experience with client services, project management, and solution delivery in both Waterfall and Agile environments
- Strong self-organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage financial metrics such as project margin and enable pre-sales activities to support account expansion plans.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools.
- Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics.
- Able to effectively manage scope change and implementation of multi-year/multi-phased projects or programs.
- Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 10% of the time (including possible international travel).
- Certification of PMI is a plus.
