What we’re looking for

Ideally you have demonstrated an excellent track record by transforming technical requirements into well-thought-out solution recommendations in alignment with the product specs, envisioning the end solution based on customer needs, developing clear system specifications and identifying opportunities to optimize the solution. You should have experience working in business transformation programs where we need to fit a product based solution. We’re looking for Solution Architects who thrive in an agile, collaborative, global company, who would love to work with the best in class technology team and strive to unlearn and learn new things everyday.

What the role offers

  • Work with lead solution architects in gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, documenting processes, and defining solution scope.
  • Participate and contribute to customer meetings, workshops and design sessions.
  • Collaborate with development teams and cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Define and maintain technical implementation documentation (Low Level Design) 
  • Contribute to the product features evaluation, selection, configuration and customisation, while maintaining the highest implementation and integration standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations for resolution, and support post-implementation activities.

What you’ll bring

  • 6-12 years of SaaS experience in a professional services / client-facing capacity.
  • Past experience working in a fast growing startup (servicing enterprise or mid size businesses) with an evolving product roadmap is a plus
  • Good to have a Field Service Management experience
  • Past experience in finding creative solutions to manage product gaps
  • Experience with client services and solution delivery in an Agile environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence or other ticketing and project management systems.
  • Good technical knowledge of different Enterprise applications, integration, workflows, databases, etc.
  • Knowledge of data models, JavaScript and a good understanding of JSON.
  • Strong English communication skills. 
  • A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, and reliability.
  • Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds.
