Zoox is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our People Experience team to work on process audits and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in business analytics, business processes, or project management.
In this Role, You Will...
Collaborate with People Experience teams to translate complex business processes into clear, user-friendly guidelines and E2E workflows that align with company standardsAssess and document existing People Experience processes, which will work as a basis for optimizing existing or devising new processesActively engage with subject matter experts within the People Experience organization to gather informationConduct process audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for future optimizationCreate standardized People Experience process documentation, including employee playbooks and workflow diagrams, to improve organizational efficiency and promote best practicesIdentify and document future business processes, including potential gaps and areas for optimization in existing processesQualifications
Pursuing a business-related degree (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources)Knowledge and experience with project management, including business process management, change management, process improvement methodologies, and familiarity with business process modeling toolsBasic knowledge of HR processes and employee life-cycleDemonstrates the ability to translate business needs and processes into documentation and requirementsAnalytical and problem-solving skills for designing processes inside and outside the systems, self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong follow through on all aspects of job duties, can handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, and demonstrate good judgment and versatilityStrong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of different levelsCompensation
The monthly salary range for this position is $5,500 to $7,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
