The Time Tracking Systems Analyst will lead the implementation and management of our time tracking system for our Fleet Operations department, ensuring accurate timekeeping processes across the organization for our contingent workforce. This role involves collaborating with various departments to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

In this role you will:

  • Program Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the time tracking system.  Ensure that the functionality of the system meets business needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Contingent Workforce Program, Legal and Fleet Operations to understand time tracking needs and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Support: Support the Contingent Workforce Program team by acting as an escalation point when issues arise.  Manage the security, configuration and reporting in the clock system's administrator portal
  • Data Analysis: Monitor time tracking data for accuracy and efficiency; prepare reports and analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • System Maintenance: Liaise with HRIS, Contingent Workforce Program and clock vendor to manage system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support. 
  • Project Management: Lead project to implement a new time clock provider and its integration with VNDLY from evaluation through implementation. 
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program or project management or systems analyst, preferably in time tracking or HR systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with time tracking software and related technologies.
  • Location
    This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ). 

    Compensation
    There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $176,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
