This is a hybrid position, so you'll work both remotely and in the office.

What you’ll do
- Manage and administer key CX applications, ensuring optimal performance across post-sales environments
- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for core post-sales platforms while coordinating with vendors when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and integrate post-sales applications, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Contribute to the ownership of the post-sales platforms, process, team enablement, data insights and tracking with the goal of improving the customer journey for our customers
- Assist with building & driving process, change management, systematic practice and tooling for post-sales functions across product lines.
- Be a confident, hands-on individual contributor with the ability to do the work, as well– you can see what needs to be done and work backwards to drive execution based on data
- Coordinate with cross functional leaders and earn credibility through your expertise on process and systems as a strong communicator and effective influencer.
- Lead with creative problem solving, and leverage data to drive influence and strategy while thinking of systems holistically
Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., customer success, operations, business analysis, data analytics, database administration, computer science, data analytics)
- Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Salesforce, Gainsight, Certinia and other post-sales platforms
- Gainsight Administrator certification is strongly preferred; additional certifications in Salesforce and Certinia are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to stay updated with emerging CX technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated rapid, self-driven, experiment-driven learning of unfamiliar systems/software
- Strategic thinking and prioritization
- Problem solver with a systems mindset preferred
- Gainsight experience is a must
