Zymewire, Lumerate’s first product, is an intelligence tool designed for sales professionals in the biotech and pharma service provider space to understand what is happening in their niches. Today more than 350 pharmaceutical and biotechnology service providers around the world trust Zymewire for their sales research. Our users are located in over 50 countries around the world and their companies range in size from start-ups to billion-dollar multinationals.
What the role looks like:
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for scaling the content function within Zymewire and ensuring ROI while adhering to brand guidelines. This role reports directly to the VP Commercial and liaises with the Director of Sales and Managers of Customer Success.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Marketing
- Work with the VP Commercial to develop and implement a marketing strategy roadmap for the Zymewire brand
- Act as the voice of the customer/prospect by having a deep understanding of their needs as well as representing the voice of the customer to internal teams (i.e. product management)
- Ensure the widespread use of content by engaging customer-facing teams
- Perform occasional competitive audits to understand our positioning/differentiation
- Create sales collateral that aligns with the buying process and helps move prospects and customers through the sales cycle for all customer-facing teams
- Monitor and keep a pulse on industry influencers, analysts and press
Operations
- Create dashboards that help customer-facing teams engage with organic social related prospects/customers and support conversion throughout the sales cycle
- Ensure data accuracy is maintained across SF and Hubspot for reporting (ex: predetermined lead source names used consistently)
Sales
- Maintain an open line of communication with Customer Success Managers and Business Development Managers to receive feedback on existing content as well as insight on future content requests (the PMMs time will be split 70/30 CA/CS)
- Report to VP Commercial on lead conversion per content source
- Responsible for a monthly quota of 5 meetings booked-performed derived from organic social leads (either new logo or expansion)

What We’d Love to See in Your Work History:
- Experience using tools such as: Hubspot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Mixpanel
- Experience in SaaS and knowledge of the Life sciences space (ability to articulate their understanding of the drug development lifecycle and ecosystem that supports it)
- Passion for building as well as optimizing/iterating
- Demonstrated curiosity for customer problems and a customer centric approach
