BAYADA caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. Qualifications for our support professionals:

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities 
• High school diploma or equivalent

Type: Flexible scheduling to match the client needs, part-time

Pay: Weekly; starting at $19 based on experience
