We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Vertical Accounting Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical accounting background, expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to optimize financial reporting and processes using data-driven insights.

What You’ll Do

Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Manage end-to-end AP & AR processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Monitor aging reports and implement effective collection strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient financial operations.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS

Technical Accounting & Data Analytics (Excel & Power BI):

• Leverage Power BI knowledge to interpret financial data and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, Macros, etc.) for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Optimize financial processes through automation and data-driven insights.
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems to improve financial reporting.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with strong expertise in AP & AR functions.
• Technical expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, Macros, etc.).
• Strong experience in Power BI for financial reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
