We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Intern. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers have a positive and successful experience with our products/services. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to the growth and retention of our customer base.

This full-time, 40-hour per week internship requires an in-office presence Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Fridays are remote work days.
What You'll Do:
- Project Management: Assist Customer Experience teams with ongoing projects, such analyzing customer data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Track key customer success metrics, analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and contribute to reports on customer health and engagement.
- Product Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and share insights with the product team.
Example Projects:
- Customer Feedback Analysis Project: Gather customer feedback from various sources (surveys, support tickets, online reviews) and analyze it to identify common themes and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to the team.
- Customer Journey Mapping Project: Map out the entire customer journey from initial contact to long-term engagement. Identify key touchpoints and opportunities to improve the customer experience at each stage.
- Customer Journey Optimization Project: Review and analyze the Customer Journey to identify areas for improvement and create new resources or training materials to empower employees to enhance the customer experience.
- Churn Analysis Project: Analyze customer churn data to identify patterns and contributing factors. Develop strategies to reduce churn and improve customer retention.
Bonus Points:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite.
- A passion for customer service and a desire to help others succeed.
