We are currently looking for a Creative who thrives in a dynamic environment and relishes the challenge of understanding consumer engagement. This role involves working closely with our creative and sales team to develop innovative concepts that influence audience behavior through creativity and media utilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for various platforms, online and offline, focusing on APAC regions such as Hong Kong, China, SEA, Japan, and more.
  • Create visual content for multiple platforms, including photography, video, graphics, asset execution, typography, logos, and interfaces, tailored to engage the audience.
  • Provide creative solutions to maximize impact across different mediums, seamlessly transitioning between online and offline channels to optimize engagement through media, social platforms, and activations.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand campaign objectives, ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all channels.
  • Stay updated on fashion, culture, and lifestyle trends, as well as the latest technology trends relevant to the market, to ensure content relevance and engagement.
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, independence, and efficient teamwork.
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in the advertising, fashion and lifestyle media industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating various creative skills, including graphic design, photography, and video.
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Firm understanding of Hypebeast's aesthetics and branding, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in fashion, culture, and lifestyle.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively within a team, as well as independently, taking ownership of projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to develop visual direction and concepts for advertising campaigns, with a firm understanding of client's needs in the market.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English to effectively communicate with team and clients.
