As the Sr. Manager EPMO & Business Relationship Manager (Sr. Manager EPMO/BRM), you will:
- Partner with the VP, Technology Strategy to operationalize the EPMO and the strategic areas that drive the CLOVTech operating model
- Oversee day to day EPMO [Enterprise Project Management Office], strategic initiative and ensure the alignment of projects within the organization's portfolios [P&L, Corporate, Innovation, Optimization].
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and their teams, senior leadership, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a bridge for project execution with stakeholder engagement, focusing on business outcomes, financial performance, and relationship management
Success in this role looks like:
- Within the first 90 days you will work closely with the VP, Technology Strategy to establish the EPMO and its operating structure, processes and successfully implement our new CLOVTech focus on Portfolio and Business Relationship management
- Within 6 months you will have assisted the VP, Technology Strategy with the alignment of key business initiatives and help establish a consistent way to track and report progress on projects focused on achieving our key business goals.
- Future success in this role will be measured by enabling innovation and scale through an optimized operating model in CLOVTech that improves capabilities to plan and execute projects and establish a tight and effective partnership with the business.
