Nhân viên kho hàng chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các quy trình trong hoạt động về hàng hóa tại kho. Nhân viên kho sẽ chịu trách nhiệm về các quy trình vận hành theo tiêu chuẩn (SOP) và báo cáo cho Người quản lý / Giám sát kho

Mô tả công việc

  • Thực hiện các hoạt động kho hàng end-to-end (nhận hàng, gửi hàng, chuyển hàng, lấy hàng, đóng gói, gửi hàng đi) đảm bảo vận hành trơn tru; đạt hiệu quả cao nhất
  • Bốc xếp, dỡ hàng và nhận lô hàng được chuyển đến
  • Xác nhận/kiểm tra chất lượng và số lượng lô hàng nhận được
  • Sắp xếp hàng hóa vào khu vực quy định
  • Nhận và đóng gói hoàn thành các đơn đặt hàng và chuẩn bị giao hàng
  • Kiểm tra hàng định kỳ trong kho để đối chiếu số lượng hàng tồn kho
  • Sắp xếp và xử lý hàng hóa trong kho thông qua việc quét mã đơn hàng
  • Sử dụng hệ thống để thực hiện các công việc hàng ngày trong nhà kho
  • Xử lý các trường hợp phát sinh và báo cáo đến quản lý
  • Duy trì một môi trường làm việc an toàn và lành mạnh bằng cách tuân theo các tiêu chuẩn, quy trình và tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật

    • Yêu cầu

  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các kho hàng ( bốc hàng, đóng gói, sắp xếp, ...) là lợi thế
  • Sẵn sàng làm việc trực tiếp trong kho để thực hiện các quy trình tại kho
  • Cẩn thẩn, và có hiểu biết cơ bản về các theo quy trình kho bãi
  • Làm việc với tinh thần trách nhiệm cao
  • Địa điêm làm việc: Kho Fulfilment NinjaVan - 386 Nguyễn Văn Linh, Long Biên, Hà Nội (Khu công nghiệp Đài Tư)
  • Thời gian làm việc: 9h - 18h ( nghỉ chủ nhật)
