We are looking for a driven Technology Project Management Intern who believes In the importance of influence, collaboration and communication as part of the delivery process. What you’ll do:
- Own a meaningful project, end-to-end. We believe strongly in ownership at The Trade Desk, and we are committed to you having something substantial to show for your time here that will make a positive impact for the team
- Receive mentorship from an experienced team member as well as build relationships with others In the organization
- Gain hands on experience across various project management frameworks - Waterfall and Scrum
- Continually work with the Project Management team to optimize processes and improve workflow for project delivery and execution
- Collaborate with a globally connected team & across other teams and departments
Who you are:
You might be a great fit for a Technology Operations - Project Management internship at The Trade Desk if you:
- Have strong written and oral communication skills
- Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Are able to plan work, organize time, and multi-task
- Have been involved in delivering a technical or larger scale project Is a plus!
- Are a quick and self-directed learner. We provide support and mentorship, but want you to be the one who pushes that project across the finish line!
- Are enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
- Have an expected graduation date between Fall 2024 and Summer 2025
- Can work in one of our physical office locations for the duration of your internship (if our offices are still closed for health & safety precautions - the internship program will be remote). Role is available in Irvine, Ca and Ventura, Ca.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
