We help advertisers and ad agencies buy online advertising with our demand-side platform (DSP) technology. We're bringing a level of sophistication to online advertising that has only been seen in the financial markets. And we have a rock-solid background in the industry| our CEO, Jeff Green, founded AdECN, the first online ad exchange, which sold to Microsoft in 2007. We're looking to add to our New York team with a VP of marketing who can help develop and execute a marketing strategy for our rapidly growing company, supervising a team of marketing employees and contractors. Who are we looking for? Someone who has built the marketing organization for a high growth B2B startup before. You're a true player-coach. You can look at macro trends and formulate a long-term marketing plan. But you also love getting your hands dirty and managing day-to-day marketing operations. Some tasks are managed by your team, but others you handle yourself. You're comfortable in all aspects of marketing, from PR, to design, to SEO, to lead source analysis. You know how to make a company top of mind with its prospective customers.
