The Associate for Brand Marketing will support Global Brand Marketing team in the strategy, planning, execution, and operational management of marketing initiatives designed to boost awareness, consideration, and usage of the Trade Desk platform. This role is essential in streamlining operations across our global brand team and assisting with the effective execution of integrated marketing programs developed in collaboration with teams from events, product marketing, creative, editorial, digital marketing, and regional business and sales.
What you'll do:
- Support the team by tracking and managing budgets to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
- Act as the liaison with Legal and Finance to drive contracts from legal review through to payment processing.
- Build out and manage the commercial storefront, ensuring the sales team has timely access to new and branded materials.
- Develop and execute ad hoc programs for client gifting that enhance relationships and reinforce our brand identity.
- Coordinate and operationalize monthly impact assessments by analyzing operational data and synthesizing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain a clear understanding of global brand activities by managing the brand marketing calendar in Asana and proactively updating commercial teams on upcoming initiatives through established communication channels.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support 360-degree program launches and other key initiatives as needed.
- Bring your ideas on process improvement, strategic marketing and creative initiatives to a smart, innovative and receptive team
- Foster a team culture of constant learning and improvement, bringing and supporting new ideas
Who you are:
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience. Understanding of the programmatic advertising industry is a strong bonus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience creating and delivering marketing programs in line with larger marketing plans.
- Intellectually curious and comfortable diving into technical, complex, and nuanced topics.
- High EQ with the ability to build cross-functional relationships across large teams and thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on, and committed to exceptional output.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
