What you'll do:
- Set up and maintain Coupa system configurations including but not limited to: building and maintaining user roles, workflows, process forms, reports, and master data setups.
- Set up and maintain DOA approval workflow in accordance with company policies.
- Facilitate supplier onboarding process in Coupa and support the supplier through the set-up process.
- Support Invoice integrations through cXML integration configurations.
- Implement and maintain punchout catalogs with suppliers.
- Maintain and update system setups such as payment terms, purchase order terms and conditions, notifications, forms, tolerances, invoice presentation etc.
- Complete testing during new system implementation projects.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, Legal, and other stakeholders to assess business requirements and propose system solutions.
- Handle end-user issues and enhancement requests.
- Work with vendor support organizations as appropriate to support internal teams.
- Provide audit support for the compliance team.
- Troubleshooting of system and integration errors, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable.
- Performs analysis and ad-hoc reporting as per user requests.
- Collaborate with other functions with the finance systems for cross-functional requirements.
Who you are:
- Experience in P2P Indirect Procurement.
- Experience working with Coupa for 2-plus years.
- Must have managed common Coupa admin tasks, configured chart of accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, tax codes, and PO transmission methods.
- Coupa Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Coupa cloud platform, integration capabilities, data migration conversion tools.
- Ability to understand requirements around requisitions, POs, invoices, receipts, and tolerances.
- Performed FIT Gap Analysis and deployed Coupa best practices.
- Worked on Supplier Enablement, Punchouts & Catalogues, Contracts, PO cXML and Invoice transmission process, Workflow, Compliant Invoicing, Invoice Posting etc.
- Good interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Good time management, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
