The Senior Manager of Platform Partnerships will be pivotal in executing TTD’s platforms strategy in-market. With a blend of strong process orientation, project management skills, creativity, and a commercial mindset, you will foster collaboration through both inbound and outbound conversations and support our rapidly expanding platform partner ecosystem.
We are seeking agile, team-oriented professionals who embody discipline, compassion, and a curiosity for technical learning. You should possess a strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making skills, along with a solid understanding of the adtech and martech landscape. Your role will involve managing existing relationships to drive the utilization of our integrations and first party data usage among advertisers. You will champion Unified ID 2.0, European Unified ID, and promote adoption of Galileo, TTD’s suite of identity solutions and platform integrations, including first-party audience and measurement API-based products. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients and partners.
What you’ll do:
Partner Management and Cross-Team Collaboration
- Drive top-line revenue growth through adoption of platform partner integrations among target accounts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on The Trade Desk API’s and integrations with your designated partners, providing support to client services, traders and sales teams.
- Improve, expand and iterate on partner platform integrations through relationship building and collaborative go-to-market efforts with assigned partners.
SME and Evangelist
- Serve as the subject-matter-expert on first party UID2.0, EUID, tech-stack strategy, and nuances of platform partnerships.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, messaging and narratives with platform marketplace partnerships.
- Drive adoption of platform partnerships through ongoing training and enablement of global commercial teams.
- Support strategic client meetings as subject matter expert to help win or retain business, drive adoption of offerings, and provide thought leadership on both global and local TTD identity and platform strategies.
Who you are:
- 5+ years in adtech/martech roles in a partner management or related discipline
- Knowledgeable of the adtech and martech landscape and the role identity plays within it
- Proven ability to drive vision and partner management
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with changing priorities
- Skilled in building strong relationships with internal (Legal, Finance, Product, etc.) and external partners
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, developing processes and coordinating reporting
- Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint as analysis and presentation tools
- Experience with Slack, Jira (or other ticketing systems), Crossbeam is a plus

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
