What we do:
The Trade Desk’s Inventory Management team is working with leading publishers and supply-side platforms in the world across TV, audio, news, out-of-home, and many more, to transform and grow the premium open internet and build a better marketplace in which brands, publishers and users benefit from increased transparency, efficiency, privacy and relevancy in digital advertising.
What you'll do:
- Manage and grow TTD’s partnerships with digital publishers and SSPs in North America by providing day-to-day partner support, managing key relationships and coordinating workstreams internally
- Support partner implementation of major TTD initiatives like Unified ID 2.0, EUID, OpenPath, and OpenPass in collaboration with internal TTD stakeholders
- Monitor performance and health of partnerships; oversee escalations to technical and operational teams
- Optimize and scale partnerships by providing data-driven solutions for commercial, product, and operational improvements
- Partner with the Inventory Development team to better understand the long-term roadmap for Inventory initiatives
- Liaise with the Technical Account Management team (TAM) to strategize and prioritize technical adoptions with partners, evaluate integration health, and identify areas for operational efficiencies
- Coordinate with cross functional teams on both internal and external projects
- Understand and effectively communicate TTD’s value proposition and technology
Who you are:
- 6-8 years of programmatic experience at either a DSP, SSP, ad server, TV network, data company or other related organizations
- Proven track record of building partnerships by forging a strong relationship with vendors and clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising with the ability to rapidly grasp new technology, product changes, and complex concepts
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with many teams and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with top notch organizational skills
- Self-starter able to seek initiatives, and lead a project from start to finish

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
