What you'll do:
- Manage day-to-day programmatic advertising trading strategically and consultatively for a portfolio of advertisers from one of the largest global agency holding groups.
- Trains new and existing clients on how the Trade Desk DSP can create meaningful value for their business goals.
- Collaborate daily with account management and business development as one team, to apply deep product knowledge and develop targeted trading strategies
- Translates data into meaningful insights—not just telling a compelling story, but clearly highlighting actionable outcomes, such as omnichannel brand impacts, full-funnel measurement, performance attribution, and tangible uplifts in savings and efficiency
- Independently manages multiple accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for mutual growth and clearly prioritizing client needs
- Develops areas of expertise in product offerings and acts as a resource internally and externally on how to unlock their value in the most impactful way
- Drives innovation at the forefront of programmatic advertising, enabling advertisers to capitalize on emerging capabilities and navigate challenges within the open internet
- Actively contributes beyond defined responsibilities through continuous learning, knowledge sharing, participation in product beta testing, and collaboration on new product initiatives
- Communicates complex ideas clearly and concisely to audiences with varying levels of expertise
Who you are:
- You’re curious and self-motivated, genuinely interested in understanding how things work on a technical level
- You have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; you thrive on problem-solving and collaborate effectively across teams in dynamic environments
- You have extensive experience in programmatic advertising; familiarity with DSPs is a bonus
- You have client-facing experience managing expectations and building trusted, transparent relationships
- You’re consistently able to communicate complex concepts clearly and straightforwardly, confidently presenting to clients
- You effectively manage your time, prioritizing tasks autonomously based on their impact and importance to focus on what matters most
- You combine strong analytical skills with a genuine passion for developing solutions that meaningfully impact advertisers’ media buying strategies
- You are a true team player, always ready to support your peers whenever needed
- Fluent English and German to business level, both written and spoken is required
