What we do
The UK is the growth engine for EMEA and this newly created role sits within the UK Business Development team. We are looking for a commercially savvy, very senior sales individual to grow and nurture key advertising partnerships. You will need a proven record of accomplishment in delivering results, building relationships, and collaborating with other teams as you will be working with some of our most strategic clients.
What you’ll do
- Be a part of our UK strategic accounts team, focused on driving growth and translating worldwide strategies and priorities into local plans
- Own relationships with CMOs/senior marketing executives at bands and agencies
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with local and global Sales, Client Services, and Trading teams.
- Communicate the value of our media buying platform by demonstrating key value positioning and unique industry perspectives
- Manage a portfolio effectively, establishing compete plans, managing business rhythm, and driving execution excellence while utilizing a variety of mechanisms to constantly monitor and optimize performance
- Participate in product road map prioritization discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering
- Represent TTD on a global and regional stage
Who you are
- A proven record of accomplishment in online advertising outbound sales
- An agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up
- Experience working with blue chip companies and cross-functional teams
- Experience at an online publisher, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising role
- Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers
- Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiation’s ability, able to lead commercial negotiations for large global accounts
- A capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises
- Effective communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level clients
- Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins
- Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations.
