We are looking for a DevOps Lead to design and manage our CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and optimize deployment processes. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to establish best practices and drive continuous improvement in our DevOps methodologies. Your expertise in cloud technologies and automation tools will be essential in maintaining scalable, high-performance systems and secure system.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.
· Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
· Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to define deployment strategies, environment setups, and release management.
· Architect and manage cloud-based solutions, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and optimal resource utilization.
· Monitor system performance and implement proactive solutions to address scalability, reliability, and security concerns.
· Develop and enforce DevOps best practices.
· Implement robust security protocols and access controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
· Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and deployment issues to maintain a stable production environment.
· Guide and mentor team members on DevOps methodologies, tooling, and industry trends.
· Drive continuous improvement by analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and introducing automation to streamline workflows.
· Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between Dev, QA, and Operations teams for smooth delivery and collaboration.
· Optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to provide visibility into system health and performance.
· Strong leadership qualities with the capability to drive initiatives, inspire team members, and deliver results in dynamic and challenging environments
· At least 8 years of experience in AWS Cloud
