MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
 
The Learning Associate II is designed for experienced raters with a minimum of six months’ proven success within the project. This role focuses on supporting training initiatives, assisting in the delivery of learning programs, and managing key operational tasks to ensure smooth execution.
 
As a Learning Associate II, you will work with the Learning Partners and the Learning Program Lead to maintain training content, onboard new raters, and assist in resolving training-related challenges. With your knowledge of the project’s workflows, you will contribute to data collection, reporting, and ongoing process improvements to support the project’s learning and development goals.
 
This role is an excellent opportunity to expand your operational skills and deepen your involvement in learning and development processes within the Arandee Project.
 
MAIN DUTIES
 
·       Assist in delivering training programs and workshops for new raters.
·       Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with project standards.
·       Help onboard new raters by providing guidance on workflows, tools, and project requirements.
·       Act as a resource for new raters during their onboarding phase.
·       Manage basic LMS tasks, such as uploading materials, enrolling users, and troubleshooting common issues.
·       Collect and organize performance data to support reporting and program analysis.
·       Gather learner feedback on training programs and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
·       Contribute suggestions to improve training workflows and processes.
·       Work closely with Learning Partners and the Learning Program Lead to align training activities with project goals.
·       Assist in cross-functional collaborations to ensure consistency in learning initiatives.
·       Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Learning Program Lead.
·       Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
·       Take on additional responsibilities as the needs of the project evolve.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Education and Experience
 
·       At least six months of experience as a rater within the Arandee Project, with a record of strong performance and good standing.
·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (e.g., education, linguistics, or psychology).
 
Technical Skills
 
·       Basic proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content management and user support.
·       Strong organizational and data entry skills for tracking training and learner performance.
·       Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar platforms.
 
Soft Skills
 
·       Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established workflows.
·       Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain instructions clearly.
·       Good time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
·       Experience in supporting training or onboarding programs.
·       Familiarity with AI data labelling or search evaluation processes.
