MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
 
The Learning Associate III is an experienced rater with a minimum of one year of demonstrated success within the project. This role focuses on developing and enhancing training programs, contributing to data-driven process improvements, and providing hands-on support for complex learning initiatives.
 
As a Learning Associate III, you will work closely with Learning Partners and the Learning Program Lead to design, implement, and refine training materials tailored to the unique needs of the Arandee Project. You will also take a key role in troubleshooting training challenges, analyzing performance data, and optimizing workflows to ensure alignment with project goals. With your in-depth knowledge of the project’s processes, you will serve as a critical resource in the development and execution of effective learning strategies.
 
This role is designed for those who thrive in operational and developmental tasks, using their expertise to elevate the training experience for both new and experienced raters.
 
MAIN DUTIES
 
·       Collaborate with Learning Partners to develop advanced and specialized training materials tailored to the needs of the Arandee Project.
·       Refine and update existing training programs to align with project changes and quality standards.
·       Incorporate feedback and performance insights to improve training content and delivery methods continuously.
·       Research and apply innovative learning techniques to enhance the training experience.
·       Assist in the onboarding process for new raters by providing clear guidance, training resources, and system support.
·       Act as a resource for new raters during their initial integration into project workflows.
·       Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement in training programs.
·       Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and refine training processes.
·       Address training-related challenges, escalating complex issues to Learning Partners when necessary.
·       Maintain close communication with team members to ensure smooth operations and alignment with project objectives.
·       Propose and implement changes to training workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
·       Work alongside the Learning Program Lead to streamline processes and contribute to long-term project success.
·       Participate in special initiatives and projects as directed by the Learning Program Lead.
·       Support cross-functional collaborations to align learning objectives with broader organizational goals.
·       Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to the training process.
·       Take on additional responsibilities as the needs of the project evolve.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Experience
Education and Experience:
 
·       At least one year of experience as a rater within the Arandee Project, with demonstrated strong performance and good standing.
·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (e.g., education, psychology, linguistics).
 
Technical Skills:
 
·       Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related tools for training delivery and content management.
·       Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting performance metrics and generating actionable insights.
·       Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and data visualization tools (e.g., PBI).
 
Soft Skills:
 
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
·       Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
·       Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot operational challenges effectively.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
·       Experience in developing training materials or facilitating training sessions.
·       Understanding of AI data labelling and search evaluation workflows.
