OVERVIEW
 
As part of our Early Careers Program, this is a full-time paid 6 months' internship opportunity where our interns develop the knowledge and tools needed to succeed, with mentorship provided by experienced professionals in the relevant areas and opportunities to network with major players in the industry.

The People & Culture Operations Intern Intern will assist with various HR-related tasks, supporting the team Leads in different regions. This position involves working in areas such as labour relations, performance management, employee life cycle and compliance.

This is a fully paid position, with an intern salary around 1000€/month for a full-time commitment.

Main tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist in new employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about policies, job requisitions, and job profiles.
  • Aid in relocation processes and immigration administration.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, supporting administrative tasks and maintaining employee files.
  • Assist with employee relations cases such as grievances, PIPs, terminations, and disciplinary cases.
  • Handle data entries and audits in Workday, providing support with questions and queries about the platform.
  • Support various HR functions, including coordinating local engagement activities, assisting in global projects, and handling documentation requests from government entities and third-party vendors.
  • Requirements

  • In Pursuit of a Bachelor's / Masters degree from a college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills & Knowledge

  • Bilingual/proficient in Spanish is a must
  • Bilingual/proficient in Catalán would be strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to support the HR team worldwide.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow general instructions and be autonomous.
  • Problem-solving skills based on established criteria.
