Overview

The Trust & Safety Specialist is a part of the Trust & Safety Team and the broader Community Experience team, and their primary role is helping with T&S procedures, initiatives, and special projects as needed by their team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Execute daily T&S checks through dedicated T&S Tools.
  • Monitor T&S trends and fine tunes rules and scores in dedicated T&S Tools.
  • Offer T&S and compliance related support to our global supplier base, mostly through the use of our ticketing and knowledge management system, Zendesk.
  • Optimize T&S day-to-day procedures/projects.
  • Engages with relevant stakeholders in other functions to support with Trust & Safety checks.
  • Deliver weekly reports on the progress on the ongoing projects.

  • Experience

  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience in one of the functional areas related to Trust and Safety (ie Trust & Safety, Compliance, Fraud analysis, Product risk specialists).
  • Experience in the localization industry would be ideal
  • Strong data literacy, PowerBI experience would be a plus.
  • Experience with SEON would be a plus
  • Familiarity with Zendesk would be a plus
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and self-driven with the meet tight deadlines are essential Team-player with the ability to problem-solve and show initiative.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Proven ability to learn new processes and tools.

  • Education
