An excellent user experience is all about understanding the user, establishing their flow through the journey, creating a concept of pleasing visual design and engaging interactions, as well as communicating with them through favorable written content.
UX Writers are user counselors. They understand the users’ needs and guide them through their journey using the power of words. UX Writers are master copycrafters and storytellers who are passionate about creating unique experiences. They are also great team players working closely with researchers, product managers, designers and software developers, and many more experience design-related professionals.

As an Associate UX Writer here at Insider, part of your everyday job will be:
creating all written content; labels, helpers, buttons, all sorts of microcopy, and user guides based on the tone of voice of the productcontinuously checking and updating the ever-evolving product texts for consistency and recencycreating and maintaining the Insider's written style guides, technical and process documentationworking closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and other stakeholdersWe want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you:
