About This Role

The Workforce Management RTA Specialist ensures the efficient and compliant scheduling of Customer Care Advocates and accurate tracking of their time and attendance. This role is essential for maintaining adequate staffing levels, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the timekeeping system, ensuring accurate and timely recording of employee hours, leaves, and absences.
• Verify time entries, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any payroll-related issues.
• Generate reports on attendance patterns, overtime usage, and schedule adherence.
• Track and analyze individual and team performance against established KPIs for both workforce and production metrics.
• Manage queue levels to optimize utilization.
• Evaluate current and future production capacity to identify potential bottlenecks or underutilization.
• Develop plans to increase capacity or optimize resource allocation to meet demand.
• Monitor capacity utilization and adjust staffing levels or workflows as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in, Call Center, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, time and attendance,
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and timekeeping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus.
