YOUR MISSION
We are one of the fastest growing startups in Europe and the way we want to grow is making every city profitable! To reach this goal, we need a 360, analytical and results driven person to take ownership of our Long Tail Partners in Africa. In this role you will be a key member in the regional commercial team, working hand-by-hand with Global partner teams, and Heads of partners of each different market. THE JOURNEY
- Drive strategic retention efforts for Long Tail Partners across Africa, continuously improving processes, methodologies and operational efficiency.
- Lead and execute end-to-end partner performance projects across the region, aligned with our long-term Long Tail strategy. This includes defining the project scope, conducting SQL-based analysis, developing actionable trackers and performance monitoring dashboards. Be flexible to adapt the project based on specific market conditions, support local teams as needed, and analyze final results to assess impact and drive continuous improvement
- Design and implement new processes from scratch or optimize existing ones based on identified needs, with the goal of improving team dynamics, enhancing KPI performance, and driving overall business efficiency
- Shape and implement business-level strategies by working closely with Long Tail team leaders across Africa to define country-specific plans and drive high-impact initiatives.
- Deliver on local commercial goals by collaborating with in-country teams to analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions to boost underperforming KPIs.
- Evaluate team and partner performance, tracking KPIs to identify gaps, uncover insights, and recommend areas for optimization.
- Partner with both Local and Global HQ Teams to resolve day-to-day challenges and ensure smooth execution.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 2–3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or a strategy/operations role at a fast-growing, tech-driven company.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach—you're driven, focused, and action-oriented.
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative and socially engaged approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and empathize with others.
- An inclusive, curious, and growth-oriented attitude—you’re always eager to learn and improve.
