BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to work full time in our Greensboro, NC Habilitation Home Care office.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
•  Visit our clients and conduct assessments in Greensboro, NC and other surrounding areas.
•  Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
•  Supervise home care staff in the field.
  
•  Facilitate new hire orientation.
  
•  Participate in the training of new field staff and in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Must be a Qualified Professional (QP) in North Carolina
• Must have minimum of 2 years working with the I/DD population
